Bharatiya Criminal Laws – Bare Acts COMBO [BNS | BNSS | BSA] – Presenting the Complete | Updated Texts with Comparative Tools | Legislative Aids | Set of 3 Books By Taxmann’s Editorial Board

Bharatiya Criminal Laws – Bare Acts COMBO [BNS | BNSS | BSA] by Taxmann is a comprehensive, authoritative, and cost-effective statutory compilation presenting the complete and updated texts of India’s three foundational criminal law enactments—Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023 (BSA). Together, these enactments replace the Indian Penal Code 1860, the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, and the Indian Evidence Act 1872, ushering in a redesigned criminal justice framework aligned with contemporary constitutional values, procedural efficiency, and technological realities.

The 2026 Edition reproduces the verbatim statutory text of all three laws as enacted by Parliament and brought into force, up to date. The publication has been consciously designed as an accurate Bare Act reference, excluding section-wise notes and commentary to ensure statutory accuracy, affordability, and wide accessibility, while simultaneously retaining a rich set of comparative tables, correlation tools, punishment guides, legislative background materials, and navigational aids. This ensures that users transitioning from the old criminal law regime to the new codes can do so with clarity and confidence, without the added cost of annotations.

This Combo is intended for the following audience:

• Law Students & Competitive Examination Aspirants – As an economical and authoritative primary statutory source for studying criminal law under the BNS–BNSS–BSA framework, supported by IPC–CrPC–Evidence Act comparative tools
